yeah... kinda... I had to cut out a piece under the bumper cause the light's kinda tucked back in there, that's why it looks that way

I fell out of the obsession for undercar lights, but you did good man! I think it's really only illegal if they strobe, but don't quote me on that. I stay away from red and blue anyway. IF they do give you crap, just switch the blue for white, will still give you a nice light underneath. I swear I alost got a blue kit when i lived up in MIchigan working at Best Buy! I coulda got it for under $100 with discount, but alas. Spent the money on and intake instead, lol.

I used to do the blue line underglow back when I had my lancer. Mine blew out all the time though. You can also squeeze one under the hood if you ever want to.

Your pics would probably look better in person, such is the nature with neons. Looks good anyways.
About the legality of neons. I know that it's flagrantly illegal to drive with them on. But I think you're allowed to have them on if the car is parked and the engine is off.
(Otherwise how would you be able to hold neon/LED competitions?)
