Accolade is a great company. Is everybody gonna say that Nike makes better shoes than everyone else? More than likely no! So The only problem i had with them was not even their fault and they still fixed it. Look for my car to see a kit from them, the entire kit if Accolade except the hood which i still ordered thru them. And well, price is supply and demand in most cases. You can't really go back to a car dealership if you buy a car and a few months later or even a week they have a new dealer rebate or something. Besides, you can't make everybody happy.

does the hood include the trims such as air dam trim and vent trim (the stuff not included in the hood picture on the website)?

i dont want to buy the hood and end up goign to the dealership for those parts (want to avoid dealership as much as possible)

I think you do not have any information about our products. Why do we want to claim anything ? We only give a price of what the product which we manufacture.

The Evo X Conversion Kit is OEM EVO X Parts Modfied to fit the 2008 Lancer GTS.
So thats a product which has been Developed Specially for the Lancer Sedan ( Non Evo Model )

1 ) First Conversion kits we sold are all Plastics and HOOD and Fenders in Aluminum.

This why the Price was High.

2 ) But now we have made it more affordable and All the Parts are Thermo Flex Fiber

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PLEASE REMEMBER DUE TO THE DEMAND FOR THE EVO X CONVERSION KIT WE ONLY PRODUCE ON ORDER AND CANNOT KEEP ANY STOCK WITH THE GIVEN SITUATION, THIS IS WHY THE LONG WAITING PERIOD.

If you have any questions please email dimantha@body-kit.com before posting and misleading other people, I also saw some one post prices on the kit which is totally wrong. I am not sure where they got the prices from.

When a Company Calls it a Evo X kit it basicaly should resemble 100 % Exact,

From what i know the bodykit.com does not have wide fenders. So how can you call it a evo X kit ?

Why is our Parts expensive - because our kit contains more parts, It includes HOOD / Spoiler Front and Rear Wide Fenders.

Accolade!! I'm picking up a Ralliart in September when they come out. I already have a spot at the local Mitsu dealer and will be getting one of the first off the truck. I ONLY need the front bumper and fenders from your guy's kit as i am leaving the rear alone to make the rear tires stick out some. I am REALLY interested in the front of your kit. If it is not an option to purchase seperate pieces I will be forced to go with someone else, and I dont want to do that. Are you guys talking about selling pieces seperately. If you havent yet start lookin at it now. I have Cash in hand and will be buying from you if possible in September.

I would do the rear fenders also. This would look too tacky. Take a look at the Evo X and imagine it with wide fenders up front and flushed in the rears. IT would look silly.

Above is plan so far only because they havent yet shown the rear. Im scared of how the "add on" rear fenders and rear door panels are gonna look. If it works well I WILL be purchasing the whole kit

Here is the problem with that. (I used to paint cars and body work). When you add parts lets say Fiberglass, carbon fiber or what ever materials. I dont care if it's flexible. When you add rear fenders and you get some body work done(MOLDED in). Later on they will crack due to flexing of the car due to normal driving. I used to mold in body kits and everytime they crack from where they were molded in using either fiberglass or bondo. To do this right and when I get my Ralliart will order the rear quarter panels and new doors. Thats my only concern about this conversion kit for the rear.
