Altezzas = stupid. I would either smoke them or leave them. Personally im gonna leave them and smoke the headlights. Also a body kit is a good idea but make sure they do a good job. Lowering it would be cool, light weight rims are a plus. Interior really makes it seem nicer. Im going for a silver / black touch. Get a nice original wing. i really like the RMR wing, but its too expensive for me.

Go with 17" rims and 205-40/45-17's and you won't rub....it's just a matter if you want to protect your rims more with 45's rather than the thinner 40's.
If you go with 18's you'll probably need 35 rubber, which means denting the rims is likely.
19's your crazy.
As for tire width I have 215-45-17 and I occasionally rub, I'm dropped with Tein S-Tech's. My tires are directly below the fender.
From the sounds of your car you sound like your going for more show than go, so I suggest 205-40/45-17.......if you plan on putting serious HP to the ground get 215's and coilovers......

Here's an idea, DON'T BUY AN OZ! If you're gonna put $ into a body kit, why waste $ on an OZ when you're gonna put a different body kit on it? Buy an ES and then your body kit. Save yourself some $ on the car purchase.

scratch the neons. i would suggest focal f5's for the rims. And i agree with j'slancerLs, dont get the oz if you're going to change the body kit. The only difference between the es and the oz is the guage cluster, sway bar, side skirts, badges, and yellow paint.
