I think he wants to change the color of the dome light and the A/C control to match whatever color scheme he's going for.

Look in the vehicle registry, somebody has the red dome light.

i replaced my A/C control lights
it was pretty easy, but finding the parts was a bit@h
ok heres how i did it
i like red, so i did all mine in red
i went to autozone i got a dome light "condom" (it went over the bulb)
it came two in a packand a $1.49, my autozone doent have them on display, so i had to ask for it, anyways, i used one for my dome light (pop the cover off, take out the bulb carefully, slide the condom on, and replace the bulb, and put the cover back on, easy)
heres where the trickey part comes, i looked for almost a week, no one had red "micro" condoms, for the little bulbs for the dash, you need three condoms, well i went to all the dealers, nope, nothing, no help
so i made my own, use the left over dome light condom, first remove the A/C and heater controls, if youve removed the stock radio then you know what im talking about, when its removed, look at the big white box on the back, are two green bulbs, twist them and they come out, i cut the condom into 3 pieces, and wraped each bulb up, and put a rubber band over it, you have to get very small rubber bands, the ones i used came from a dentist office, for peoples braces i guess, anyways, put the rubber band over the wraped bulb and put the bulb back in the socket, turn your lights on, to make a few adjustments, and your done
the last one i did was the ashtray, just remove the ashtray and theres the bulb, it has a blue condom on it already, just remove it, and presto, red interior

Link

i havent done the lighter port yet, i dont know how to remove it, any suggestions? thanks

hopefully this is what your were looking for =)

Link,

The bulb for the cigarette lighter can be changed by pulling off the top of the center console - it's just held in by clips...first remove your shifter handle (unscrew counter-clockwise), then remove the ash tray, I don't remember if you have to remove that screw underneath it - I don't think you have to - and pull up on the top of the console - it will all pop off - the cig lighter bulb is just like the ash tray bulb - twist 45 degrees and remove.

HTH
