Just curious question. Why would the police bother you for working on your car? Are there laws against that in California?

yup we were in a public place pretty close to the cop. good thing, he didnt even saw us or bother the meet.. hes more focused to the other party. and yes it was custom.

It's the Apex rear bumper. So if you can find one cheap you can cut the bottom lip.
