Th ring around the shift boot is not done being painted. Just havent had time. It will be a metallic blue so it matches the knob. I know u all will give me crap for the way it looks now.

I've seen those Greddy knobs you posted a pic of. I was actually debating on that or the counterweight one. Try www.optauto.com, that's where I bought mine. They're good.
