Eyelids, what's the deal?
OK, I tried to summarize it pretty well in the subject, but what is the point? I see no reason to put on something that will lower the amount of light my headlights put out. Is there some practical reason for these or are they 100% show?

IMO...obviously to each their own. I would not put eyelids on my car...yes it puts an aggressive look on the front, but honestly I wouldn't. Especially if I got the black housing headlights, I would like to show off all of it, rather than 3/4 of it. That's my 2 pennies

The only Lancers I've seen that look good with the eyelids are the dark colored cars(TG or black) where you don't see the gap line so much. Don't like to see eyelids on the yellow cars, just seems to make the gap more obvious.
