Ok my initial idea was just to get a body kit to make my car feel 'lower' to the ground since I got 17"s instead of getting springs and dropping it because I don't like that kind of stuff and would rather keep it stock....


Of course the springs drop it alot more but, how many inches closer to the floor do kits make it than stock bumpers? Right now I have a Stock ES no SideSkirts or Lip or anything like that...

Give me an example of a kit with a lower drop than the stock bumper.. ie: the kaminari front kit is 1/2" closer to the floor than the stock bumper.. Thats the kind of thing that I want to know, and the other thing, If I just purchased a set of Kaminari Side Skirts can they be easily put on to my Stock ES? Because I don't think it has any mounting holes etc...

 

i have dropped my oz 1.5 all the way around using the progress springs from rrm and i have also put a kit on it. click my proflie to see pics. i also have 17's. my car is so low i can't run over a coke can and that is no joke!!! but i have made it all summer without breaking it and i don't c why i ever would. its no trouble really, just dont go up really really steep things. some speedbumps give me hell though

 

You don't have any idea how much more your kit is to the floor than the stock w/o the springs etc?

so the body kit alone "drops" it 3 inches? Which body kit do you have?
