damn brian you went technical on that...uh huh...yep lol

i believe the guy meant if it would break and fly off its mounts like fiberglass hoods and carbon hoods do if they aren't mounted down by pins. we'd have to see what kontra says because if he just drives his ride on the street and at short distances then he most likely wont get any impression/signs of it ripping off...maybe if he's willing to go 80 on the fwy for a few miles? lol i wouldn't risk it but if you are like me who drives nearly 100miles a day to go to school then i would suggest getting pins on the trunk. although it would look a bit tacky.

yeah, but I can't imagine the wing flying off. It's angled downward oh so slightly, so the air would gently push down on it, not up. Maybe if he were to drive backwards at 80 mph it would fly off. Wanna test THAT, Chris?

Really though, I think it is probably just as stiff as the regular trunk.
What I meant was, since the trunk is VERY light. Will it shake while driving down the highway? I know it wont get fly away...but just wondering how stable it is since it's very light

So if you want to get technical, the stock OZ wing is a wing as well as the Evo wing. Evo wing just happens to be bigger and more functional. Indy cars have wings, Nascar has spoilers, for example.
That's fine, but just to be clear I only used the term spoiler because it wouldn't have sounded right if I repeated wing. Not to mention it was a joke.

I ordered mine from tunerracing.com and it should be in in 2 weeks...It's a JSP Carbon Trunk and it was greatly priced. I'll have more info and pics when it comes in.
