HID's, Install, and Where?

Hey guys, im looking to get a pair of hid's.

Ive been reading a lot and i want like, a 6000k blueish whitish color. People talk about xenondepot.com and like them. I was wondering if u guys prefer any other sites? One of my friends said ddmtuning.com, and My other friend said a good set costs hundreds of dollars but im seeing sets for 50-150 USD.

For the installing part, im willing to try, but its something ive never done before and im scared to do so. I know theres many tutorials online nd whatnot but im still nourvos.

But if anyone is willing to make some extra cash i would be willing to pay them for the installation of the hid's. I live right outside of chicago il. By woodfield mall (northwest suburbs)

6ks are pretty close to white light. The brands don't matter too much. I've had 2 different kinds, the most recent ones I paid almost 200USD in yen for and I just bought some HID's from my foglights off ebay for 40USD that I really cant tell a difference in quality. Installing them is so horribly simple, most come with a manual. Just make sure you buy a "slim" ballast kit. You don't want bulky ballast in your engine bay.

Please do not install HID bulbs in a halogen housing without a proper retrofit. Your visibility won't improve much (may even get worse), and you'll be blinding everyone else on the road.
