Painting the Interior/Dash

I've got a yellow oz... found the perfect paint to match the inside to the outside and im gonna start painting soon. i kno u guys out there have done this before, and i know how to do it. just lookin for some opinions on what to and what not to paint. any suggestions? if anyones got pics of theirs too thatd be hot! thanks

Don't paint over the air conditioning knobs, it looks stupid because you can't even see what you are doing with it. Plus it just doesn't look right. Also the plastic part in front of the guages that you have to screw out in order to make it easier to get the dash out, is a pain to paint. Mine kept running and I had to re-do it like 6 times. Use Krylon Fusion paint for plastics, coats really well and adheres to the dash without runs.

i painted my dash piece that goes across the car... and the inside piece that sits on the gauges.. and for the a/c radio part i just pulled off the a/c pieces.. theyre just stuck on there.. and def. paint where the shifter is.. ill take a pic of mine and post it today when i get home..

dont paint the damn air vents that blow on the front windows they never look good for some reason if you ask me.

i like the new painted interior color on the new 04's ...I wanna know what paint that is, but i guess i'll be going to the dealership to ask that question...its like a silver-ish, goldis, makes the ES look less *****! I hate having an es=(

didnt really have plans on painting the air vents...dont wanna bother pulling them out and stuff.
aznflip- why would u make a post saying "no comment" if u got nuttin to say then why post?

Im not feeling that white RollerPyro. Its looks kinda like White Out. It would be hot if someone got the stuff done up in Fiberglass and painted the same color as the car. Thats what im thinking of doing. If it doesnt cost too much.

They're actually upholstered, not painted, just the dash trim peices are painted.
Thanks by the way for showing my car some love, not too many around here like to compliment, they just like to hate on others work.
