I thought as long as it was clearly visable from the front of the vehicle that it as ok.... I see tons of people around here with it in their window... never heard of problems its also posible tho that different states have slightly different rules for that sort of thing. But ill look into it more to find out for sure

That's a great lookin' Lancer bro!! Just one suggestion...I would get rid of the VividRacing sticker...
BTW, if anyone wants the EVO front license frame, I don't need mine due to AZ only requiring a rear plate...anyone need one, I bet it would be cheaper than buying from mitsu!!
