Just be sure to get an alignment afterward. I cry for my tires... they are toast...

That is a great idea. With the right mods, our cars handle fairly well.

I really can't understand Evo owners that take their car to the 1/4 mile track but never take their car to autoX... If I had an Evo I'd be an autoX *****. that never has made much sense to me. I think that to many HP numbers are measuring sticks that make them feel better about themselves. Most cars won't reach 150+mph or have 300+hp so why not make your car run better on real driving conditions?

Ya I will install it on saturday and get an alignment on monday. I dont think Iam lowering it enough to need a camber kit. Expecially this close to winter but we will see what happens, I might just make my own if I need one.

They will be in tomorow and Iam installing them tomorow night. Any little odd things I should know ahead of time before I install them? I doubt it cause coilovers are a simple install but sometimes there is weird tricks and tips people have to make the job go faster and easier.

If you ahve a OZ you might want to loosin the rear sway bar to give you a little more wiggle when you reasmble the rear strut. I just tugged as hard as I could to get the bolt hols lined up. You also should have some help, an extra set of hands really helps. Make sure you torque on those bolts nice and tight and GET AN ALIGNMENT!!! Don't be like me. I ruined my two fairly new tires from not having an alignment. Even driving for less than 1000 miles will shred your tires to hell.

I would suggest you just use a breaker bar to break those bolts and then the air gun to just zip them off. There are also two zip ties used to hold the brake lines bugt I couldn't figure out where they are suppose to attach to. Also, when you are dialing in the setting make sure you measure the height before and after. Good luck bro and have fun on the twisties.

PS- nearly 1300 miles and they are doing great. I love this setup.
