Squeaking/Scraping sounds coming from wheel?

I put on RRM Street Series Rotors and Axxis Ultimate brake pads about 4 months ago and now i'm getting a squeaking/scraping noise coming from my front driver side wheel. It kind of sounds like my pad is already worn down and I need to replace my brakes already. My stock pads lasted me for almost 3 years. I know the Axxis Ultimates don't last very long but I expected them to last more than 10000 miles (4 months) at least. Any input, please help.

Take off the brakes and take a look, maybe something is stuck in the wheel.
