Although I've never heard of the shop, I have heard plenty of people do it. For you and your lancer thought I wouldnt think that its worth it.

If you want 7 inch, buy stock Evo 3 rims (same rim as the OZ but 7" wide and in white) and have them repainted. That would cost less than getting wheels widened. And there's absolutely no reason to have 7.5" rims on a Lancer, since (A) the widest tire you can fit under there is 225, which only requires a 7" rim and (B) even if you could fit a wider tire than 225, even the fastest US Lancer in the world doesn't make enough torque to need that wide of tire. Besides, just widening a rim could give you offset issues (it would rub on the inside if you went too wide and didn't alter the center of the rim as well)

how hard would it be to find evo 3 rims? and yeah i wouldnt put 7.5s on my car. i know its pointless. but for 7 inches, it should be fine and i was just seeing if anyone had heard about it to get more info on it. i have my 7 inch rims already and am sticking them.

That is a good point, Evo 3 rims are rare in this country. You'd have to look overseas, in which case they are probably abundant but you have to pay for shipping. That's why I was happy with the Rotas at about $450-500 a set of 15x7, and they're even lighter than the stock OZ rims!

yeah for real "racing" rims, i'd definately go with a lighter set of 15s as well as wider. rotas are nice.
