I have an 04 ES... I have an offer for OZ stock rear sway bar. Is it worth it to upgrade or should I just hold out until I can afford an aftermarket sway bar?

It should fit just fine as long as the seller is including the perches as well. If s/he is selling it after buying an aftermarket bar, you might not get the perches. In my opinion, it's worth it to save up and buy the Progress bar, but if money is tight and you can't refuse the deal (and I mean like you'll get this thing for under $40) go for it.

 

Hold out and save up for an aftermarket sway bar and perches. Do it right the first time.

That's really what I figured. No problem, I'll just hold out. How much are the real deal anyway?

 

I think the sway bar is around $160 and the perches (highly recommended unless you like having things break on you) are $80. Check www.roadracemotorsports.com to be sure.
