Squeaking Noise From Tire/Wheel

Just got myself a set of wheels from Wheels Next the other month. After a few months, I began to hear a squeaking noise from what appears to be from the wheel or tire itself. Mainly at low speeds and when you turn the wheel hard while in reverse or forward.

So I took it to my local shop, and of course they couldn't find anything wrong. So I ended up getting a new tire put on and low and be hold the noise was gone. All happy I was until a few days ago and the noise has yet again started. Any suggestions on this? Could it possibly be the wheel itself causing damage to my tire or maybe a wheel bearing?

Currently its at the shop and once again they dont hear the noise. Any and all suggestions are welcome to this puzzling noise.
