Direction of rotation?

Ok, so my car really really really doesn't grip in the winter. I got it in January, and figured i'll need some snow tires for next year. Today, I washed the car and looked at the tires...I do believe there is a direction of roatation for tires due to the tread pattern. Looking at these... I can't help but wonder if the dealership put at least one side on backwards? I can't find the little arrow on the tire that would indicate which direction they should rotate.

Am I crazy? They are opposite directions on the left and right side of the car.

Picture 1 is driver side front

Picture 2 is passenger side front

Picture 3 is passenger side rear

Your tires may not be directional.

if they don't have a marking arrow for rotation, they're most likely non-directional. most non-directionals will simply have "outside" written somewhere on the sidewall.

According to your pics, your tires are Dunlop SP20 FE... they are listed on tirerack.com (http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....eModel=SP20+FE) . There is a clear pic of the thread pattern and if my eyes are good, they don't seem to be directional...

That tread pattern is definitely non-directional!
