do a search. a couple of people bought these a while back. They had mixed reviews.

if you have an auto it won't fit though

personally i think you'd be better off getting a front strut bar.

probably not. the front end of the lancer is pretty sturdy as is.

save your cash and get a rear sway bar w/perches. It will be a much bigger improvement in handling.

Lol, the only "awesome" upgrades are coilovers and a turbo, all the others are so-so upgrades.

Major super +1 to that.

But I will give the rear swaybar a "1/2 awesome" status. If you drive aggressively, that bar alone will massively change your car. But if you're a grandma, you don't feel a thing.

True, the rear sway bar is definitely a good mod.

Sorry to go so off topic, but honestly the best "upgrade" on MY lancer is the Axxis Ultimate brake pads! The stocks were **** and couldn't stop worth a dang...

This is also true. The Lancer can really stop well after a simple pad swap. Rotors, hoses and fluid just ice the cake.

I just got my H brace from ebay and it turns out, even though it doesn't say so on the site, that its a megan H brace or a really good lookalike. Came in a box that said megan and looks identical to my buddy's megan brace. Welds are good and definitly improves the handling a little bit. Not on regular turns but if your turning quickly and aggressively you can feel it.

I was going to make one last week but my uncle with the fab shop wreaked his motorcycle and was in the hospital and cant really work for awhile so I guess I'll buy one. From the other thread I read this will work on autos its just a tight fit? any other word?

I had one it was great! Really stiffens up the front, but if you don't have a rear sway bar yet then its better to get that first and then later you can get this brace. But like I said it works great and i drive crazy all day everyday so I could really tell the difference. I have all suspension mods pretty much also. Coilovers, sway bar and perches, front and rear strut bar, trunk bar, rear lower tie bar, sway bar end links in front and the h brace (mine came in a megan box also) car corners like crazy. and tires are another important suspension part. But yea like I started off saying get the sway bar and perches first if ya don't have em
