B&G Springs

OK, I've searched around and only found 3 threads even mentioning B&G Springs for the Lancer. All 3 of those threads said no ones ever heard of them but someone was trying to sell them. So I found a shop selling a new set for $50, I believe because a customer ordered them and never bought them. They cost about $250 or so on a website I found. So they don't seem to be any cheap knock off springs. So I'm posting here to a) see if anyone has any info on them yet, and b) post my results after I get them installed, which should be around next weekend or so.

I almost bought a set myself off Ebay a little while back for $40...but waited till a more "well-known" set came up. Their a German company I think.

Cool. Yeah I heard read someone saying they compare to eibach I think, or maybe it was Progress. Either way, they are getting picked up from the shop this weekend and most likely installed next weekend. Plus, $50 for springs isn't bad.

Yep, not bad for a "branded" spring...not generic.

I just put them on my computer. I'll get around to putting the pics up. I haven't really "tried" them out in hard turn to see how they feel yet because my exhaust is hitting my sway bar perch so I don't want to drive very hard yet. They look better and I can tell they are there. The ride is pretty bouncy now. But I think it was a great buy. I'd recommend them to anyone that wants a small drop. And they are red.

OK, here's the pics from the install. No how-to cause I'm lazy and they were pretty straight foward, some parts were a ***** though.

Front

Rear

Finished. I'll get some better daytime pics to compare before and after later.
