No front sway bar

I'm upgrading my ES suspension with OZ basics and some aftermarket enhancements. Obtaining the rear sway bar doesn't seem to be as much of a challenge as the front because there is no aftermarket replacement for it. From anyones past experience would installing only the RSB on a daily driver cause snap oversteer in an emergency situation.

The front sway bar on a Lancer is more than adequate. You can always beef up the end links up front.

No adding a rear bar will not cause snap oversteer as long as its matched to the frt bar..and of its sold seperately then it will likley be fine. It will stop a lot of the front understeer ..

Thanks, I'll probably have to find a wrecked OZ to get the front bar, as the ES has none.

I'm pretty sure the ES has a front sway bar but not a rear sway bar, at least my 03 ES didn't have a rear sway bar.

You know, I've torn down the front suspension before and never noticed it before. I go out this morning, low and behold there it is. Thanks guys. I would have felt like a BIGGER idiot if I had tried to track one down. I'll probably wait till I get the rear bar before installing new end links and mount bushings.
