by lip do u mean like the actual "depth" of the tire blue, or just like a pinstripe around the outside? Because if all you are looking for is the pinstripe, I would suggest just getting black rims and doing it yourself, its very easy. If you are looking for the full depth lip, thats probably going to have to be custom painted
