local parts stores have wrong oem brake rotors.

so today i went and bought a bunch of stuff for car maintenance. and one of those purchaes was some brake rotors. and the rotors they sold me didnt have the right bolt pattern. i went to an advance auto parts. and then to an auto zone, who had the wrong bolt pattern as well. what other car uses 4 x 114.3 rotors that are not bigger or smaller than the oem rotors i have now? only found people swapping bigger rotors and calipers out. not what i want to do.

dont get me started about autozone, advance auto. they like to give me wrong brake pads all the time. i hate it when they ask what yr and model my car is for a universal part.

me: "im looking for a autometer 52mm boost gauge for my car"
salesman: "what yr is your car?"

yeah, i hate that crap too. i was pretty pissed it was the wrong rotor. since my rotor was seized on pretty tough. i have to bang it out a big which left some marks on the rotor, which i didnt care about, until i realized they were the wrong size....... so, i still dont have replacement rotors, and i just threw my old ones back on. but seriously, anyone know of some other vehicles that uses the same bolt pattern? i can at least check those cars rotors out and try to do a swap.

slotted will eat my pads faster. and i really dont want to be seen cruising around in my car with slotted rotors. this ***** has drums on the back! sure it looks cool and helps with braking, but id rather just get steel meshed brake lines for some better feel. after learning all i can, this car is not really something id like to mod anymore. it has become "that car i almost have paid off that gets good mileage/once paid off, driving it till it or i die." so id like to stick to stock. i got the price of 32.99 a rotor. so thats only $66. the slotted rrm's are like $139 or something. over twice as much. **** that.

DUDE! nice price. im glad you sent me that. i was able to give my local parts place the brembo part # to see if they had it in stock/ can order it for me. since in the rotor exchange i was given a gift card as a refund, since i paid with a gift car. so i want to know if you guys know any other cars that sport 4 x 114.3 bolt pattern, with a rotor diameter thats comparable to ours?

err just had to vent....autozone, O'Reilly and adv. auto didn't have the OZ as a model in their computer even after i tell them the model they all lead me to belive they were ordering them....3 diff times i took the car up to change and had the wrong bolt pattern each time. plus i had the same prob of having to beat one of the oem's off so it waz all chewed up and not usable. finally i ordered some for an non ES model and fit....errr!
