Tenzo R Mean 6 Help!

Anyone know if these 18" inch 18X7.5 would fit an 02 Lancer?

I think people have run that kind of rim before but you'll need a very low profile tire and like he said^ the correct offset or spacers

42 offset. See the thing is I found a heck of a deal on craigslist for these wheels but I think they might be 5 universal and lancers run 4x100 right?

depends. ES lancers run 4x100 and LS/OZ run 4X114.3

42 offset will rub.
