anybody know
does it gonna a fit 225/40/18 in oz model/??
and wat is lowest spring for lancer?

Waaayy to big again. The best 18" size to use is 215/35-18. H&R is the lowest spring I carry, they will drop the car 1.4" all around.

what Neal said. 225 is actually almost too wide no matter what rim size. I put 225/45/17s on my Lancer and they rubbed on hard corners and bumps. But yes, the size you mentioned would be a larger diameter, throwing the odometer off and risking a lot of rubbing.
