Is a rear sway bar necessary if you have coilovers?
I'm just sick of having to lube up the bushings every few weeks and am wondering if I lose any handling if I just take it off even though I have coil overs.

Instead of grease under the bushings wrap the bar in white teflon plumbers tape. I had the same problem and now no more squeaking! It works I promise. Don't be stingy when you wrap it.

yes you will. even though you have coilovers, you will be swaying all over the road like grandma's 1960 cadillac.
