with a friend, took us about 3 hours. Would have been faster on a lift instead of jack stands and if I had remembered which part to remove to help get the rear shocks off.

Nope, you won't need one Steve. We did my coilovers and I did Eric's Tein's without one. Just have an impact gun and about 2 hours of time. And someone to stand on the rear wheels to help with the rear spring reinstall!

I'm installing my progress springs on friday. Shouldnt be too tough I guess, following RRM's guide, using a lift, impact, a spring compressor, and a buddy.

Any other helpful tips? This is the biggest mod I've attempted myself so I don't want to screw it up

Actually, after having a friend stand on the rear axle, we found out it wasn't necessary. I reomved one more bolt (forgot which one), and the arms moved much more freely without any extra weight.

brian if i remember correctly i think it was the bolt that connected the rear axel by the shocks i think not sure though

For the rears disconnect the sway bar links, they look almost like tie rod ends. In the front be careful of the axles, hardley any stress pops the CV joint apart
