do i need "spring compressors" for progress spring install?

Nope, you won't need one Steve. We did my coilovers and I did Eric's Tein's without one. Just have an impact gun and about 2 hours of time. And someone to stand on the rear wheels to help with the rear spring reinstall!

I'm installing my progress springs on friday. Shouldnt be too tough I guess, following RRM's guide, using a lift, impact, a spring compressor, and a buddy.
Any other helpful tips? This is the biggest mod I've attempted myself so I don't want to screw it up

For the rears disconnect the sway bar links, they look almost like tie rod ends. In the front be careful of the axles, hardley any stress pops the CV joint apart
