Noise coming from suspension?

Mine I can hear them creak when I get in and out of my car. I weigh about 175lb and when I sit down my weight causes that sound also.

Squeek! Squeek!
Well I seem to have the same problem on My OZ , it's either the rear left shock or something because my car looks lower from the back, than it does from the front. So it's that a sign that y spring are going bad. Or are they totally Gone!!!.
