Any wheels that are 18 inch in diameter by 8 inches wide with a bolt pattern of 5x114.3 will fit the car. With that particular wheel size, you'd want tires with a sidewall of 45 and tread width NO WIDER THAN 225.

Would I need to roll the fenders(just found out what this means), what are some decent brands? I see there are some rims out there that are like $90 each, I find that kind of low... is it?

If you get rims wider than 8.5 inches coupled with tires that are 225 or wider, you'd need to have your fenders rolled. Otherwise it'll rub REALLY bad and you could easily shred your tires and have yourself a blowout.

And if you aren't doing anything with the car that requires some crazy lightweight and strong rims, the $90 rims they have at pepboys would suit you just fine. And if you want to keep the same tires, I'd recommend going with the same size rim as what you already have on the car.

Let's say your current tire size is 215/55/R17. That'd mean the tire width is 215mm wide, the sidewall is 55, and the rim is 17 inches in diameter.

You can find a guide on how to read tire sizes here.
