02-03 Lancer ES Transmission Part Number

Anybody know what it is off the top of their head? I know it shares its clutch with the 5g Mirage LS but was not sure if the transmissions themselves were the same.

thanks
Mike

It's more that they don't know the Mirage, and if they're compatible. I have a slush-box, so I don't worry about it! LOL

well i wasn't asking you if you knew the mirage. lol. I know the mirage. thats why im asking the lancer owners what theirs are. I know we share the same clutch.

What im inquiring about is the compatibility of LSDs between the two transmissions. I am under the impression that they share the same tranny just different ratios. In theory that would mean the Lancer transmission can also use the CJ4A helical LSD as well as the Cusco CJ4A LSD.

but i was not 100% sure that the part numbers were the same.

Yeah that is why I was checking. I wasn't sure they were swappable. I am trying to help David with the white tc'ed lancer es get a CJ4A cuscu lsd. But I needed to verify that it was interchangable.
