03 Lancer oz rally manual transmission dripping ALOT!
I need help with my manual tranny, it is dripping gear oil alot, what should i look for or replace, is my tranny reaching its end? 156k miles.

where's the oil coming from? and is it dripping A LOT or seeping, and dripping every so often...your transmission isn't toast if it's just leaking oil, you just need a new seal somewhere, but you might as well replace all of them...but if it's just a differential seal or some thing you can replace that without taking the transmission out...

Thanks for the quick response, sorry i took a bit. Il check the seals, because the shifting is still smooth, its not to hard or sticky. It looks as though its leaking heavily, maybe a drip per 10mins

Any updates?
Also, is it coming from the seam between the engine/transmisson? or the transmission halves? Be sure your drain and fill plugs are tight as well.
Definitley check the axle seals as cranswick suggested. As they are probably the easier(est) seals to replace in that situation.
