I had similar luck few years back, when I vent into the curb with the front wheels turned in attempt to go away from there. Well, I hit it sideways with the rim (not the tire) and it all happened at about 15 mph (yes that is fifteen). I clamed the thing to the insurance (thank god) and several months later, car was fixed with the overall price that insurance paid for of almost $10,000.00 and me paying few grand since I wanted OEM pars instead of the after-market ones.
Here is a short list of the things that had to be replaced:
1. wheel
2. hub
3. axle
4. transmission
5. steering rack
6. power steering pump
7. front suspension subframe
8. lateral control arm
9. upper A-arm
10. bumper
11. side mount intercooler
12. ...you get the point
So, be very careful there, and make sure that everything is fixed that has a chance of being bent or damaged in any way!
Good luck

Damn, that sounds like really bad news!
Anyway, dropped car off at dealer today, will get the damages report tomorrow morning!
From what I could see, it looks like the lower control arm snapped in half or at least that what it sounds like. I will find out for sure tomorrow!

OK, I got news from the dealer!
I got a bent lower control arm and a broken sway bar seal.
Parts: $169
Labor $ 300
Like I said before, they are ripping me off!
They also tried to sell me a new wheel for $450!
I was like hell no!
