Noise after new intake

OK! Did the hole new intake thing! Nice liken it.. Got it all mounted up and every thing!! Did the hole battery thing, but when I turn off the DARN car it sounds like a set of large gargling Azz cheeks! I cant not come up with why! Did I do something wrong? What can I do to fix it? I have the BOMZ ram air intake!

I had an Eclipe with the same intake and it did not make that sound at all! Is it just the car?

Maybe there is an air leak somewhere in your intake piping, that may be the extra air being forced out of that hole or crack... Otherwise u should hear some noise. After all... u got the intake cuz u wanna make some noise dontcha?

That, my friend, is the sound of unrestricted air flow. One thing it might be is that your car was cold when you cranked it up at first. The extra high revs when you first start up can make hellafied amounts of noise.
