Anyone had anything similar ? Only happens when i first turn the car on and only when taking off for the first time. Its not unusually cold outside.

I beleive its just your tranny and your friction disk being cold. Also about the 1-2 shift from hearing people talk it goes away after like 10000 miles or so. Im not sure about that. But my car does the same and after I shift and get the transmission heated it goes away.

It happens to the WRX, Subaru put out a TSB on it. They usually replace the whole clutch assembly to fix it under warranty.
