Lumbar Support Bar

First off, is that large lever underneath the seat recliner lever for the lumbar support? I think mine might be broken... I pull up on the lever and only feel a little of the lumbar support, then im assuming I push down on the lever to reduce the lumbar support but when i push down its got a weird feel and a little click. The lumbar support is reduced but not by a large margin. Is this normal for the that lever? I dunno if it was just poor designing on Mitsu's part or if my lever is broken. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Ahhh ok, thank you for the response. I guess thats why I didnt really feel anything in the back. Does that lever feel kinda weird? Seems like it feels a little loose and that when i push it down I am going to break it...

It's definately a weak point... the handle's plastic is not stiff enough/thick enough to handle a full grown adult in the seat adjusting it up (fine down it seems). I have gotten into the habit of just doing it before I sit now, my wife is 10 inches shorter than me so I need to drop it after she drives.

Hehe yes I am happy I figured out what it was as well, and even more pleased that it is working as intended - even if it is weird. Now my problem I have is that i feel a "gear shift" when at slow speeds. I posted that with the transmission threads.
