Um . . . well . . . not really.

I prefer to go to an actual mechanic who will do it correctly and then give me a prinout of the before/after specs.

My dealership has proved to me years ago that they are nearly incompetent. Like when they had my car for a week and got me a rental car because they just couldn't get a damn alignment done right so they replaced half the machine . . . and the car still didn't drive straight.

But you are free to pay whomever you choose.

I have one of those shops just down the street from where I work. I take all my work there and have all my friends going there too. ~Nothing~ beats a competent shop that knows what they're doing, let's you know what they did, let's you know what was wrong, and can prove that they fixed the issue.

I've never been to my Mitsu service shop. Hopefully, they won't disappoint me at the first service interval.

As for modifying the bolts everytime you change ride height . . . sorta. Every time you change the ride height of the car, you will be altering the alignment. At the same time, unless you have an alignment rack at your house, you wouldn't know HOW to modify the bolts. The basic answer is this - if you want to be safe and smart, get an alignment everytime you change the ride height.
Thanks a lot for the answer blacksheep. I'll make sure I get those kind of coilovers. Hope the megan racing coilovers that are coming up have these camber plates.

Yeah, those Megan Coilovers do come with Camber Plates. Those are the extra bolts on the top of the Strut mount. Should be relatively easy to do a good alignment on your car after installation with those.

Save you the hassle of having to put in Camber bolts.

For those new to this, a picture...

The arrows point to the screws that hold the camber plates in place.

I live in Canada and in the warranty manual/book its says 1st year adjustments due to something not set properly at factory or come loose, ect will be fixed within 1 year from the date in service. IE) head light adjustments clutch adj. ect.

So don't know if its only the Canadian mitsu that does this warranty coverage or not, have a look in your warranty book and let me know, curious.
