close. drop the age and you got it. It is a short to ground. Your circuit is either drawing more amps than the fuse it rated, or you have a break in one of the wires and that break is touching a ground to the chasis somewhere

same thing happened to me i new something was grounding out the problem is finding out what it is for me it was a wire from my gauges

Is it blowing as soon as you insert the fuse? Or do you have to do something for it to blow?

it blows as soon as i put the fuse in. its a 7.5 fuse and drivers tailight and drivers parking light dont turn on.

my alarm system was installed by best buy 2 yrs ago. do you think i should go to them?

o by the way. i have 2 gauges installed. i uninstalled them along with car stereo system and the fuse still blows.

try this remove the bulbs from the sockets and try it if it blows then trace that wire to the nearest connector and disconnect it try again and keep tracing it back to the source of the problem probably not the alarm because you would think it would effect right and left sides.
