Don't jump to conclusions yet. First header with a problem. We even inspected headers on the shelf. There is nothing inside or out that looks anything like that in the part and we certainly have never seen anything like that before.

What findings? Flex sections can fail. I had the same issue on my Buschur Downpipe when I had my 2002 Lancer.
Don't expect RRM to run a recall on the headers because one failed. Life isn't perfect, sometimes things go wrong. That's why RRM is standing behind their product and replacing the bad one. That's all that needs to be done.

alright dudes, Its cool, Im gonna get one. Its just all that talk about f'n up the motor and what not got me bugged. I would still like to know what RRM finds out about this though, as Im sure you all would too.
