Hey guys i have a 03 lancer es and for about the last few im been hearing a squeeking noise comeing from the passeger side of the car when im driving and when i hit my brakes it goes away but when i let go it comes back but this happens once in a while but the one problem the has me conserned about my lancer is when i was driving one day i was about to hit 70 i had my windows down and i hear this loud squeeking noise coming from what seems like the engine and it happens when im in the 70+ mph and when i put my windows up i dont hear anything and when i start to slow down it goes away but im really worried on what it could be does any one have an idea on what it could be

Rule of thumb: If you hear a noise and it coinsides with any kind og brake activity, start with the brakes.

Might be hitting the squalers
