Parking Light wont turn on!
Hi EVOm Members,
I'm having issues with my driver's side parking light (rear and front) as it refuses to turn on.
I have halo installed on my headlight and they are spliced to my parking lights. Recently my driver's side halo stopped working and after awhile the parking light (both front and taillight) stopped working. I'm not sure if there's any relation to that buy why would a failed halo cause parking lights to stop working?
Now, i know it's not caused by blown fuse/bulb because when I disconnect the main headlight power socket and keep it disconnected, the taillight parking light works again.
I am a total electronic caveman so please please pleeeease if you have any wiring/electrical background, please let me know what's going on with my car.
Thanks in advance,
Jappaswat

sounds like there may be some type of short in the halo or in the headlight harness somewhere. that circuit isnt built to power much more than the stock parking lights directly. It is ok to use it as a trigger source since you are not pulling any real current. I would try hooking up your halo's with a relay to see if that fixes it.
