oscillating noise at 65mph and 75mph
I've had my 2008 Lancer for over a year now, and just recently I have been noticing a loud oscillating noise coming from sounds like the rear center of my car. It sounds almost as if it is directly under the back seat... The sound only appears when I go exactly 65mph or 75mph it seems to fade off when approaching 65/75. The noise hasn't always been here and it just started it in about January of this year.
The noise is literally so loud that it can cause headaches for some people in my car lolol... any suggestions to what it may be? If needed I could record the sound the next time I get out on the highway.

No it's definitely not from driving with my windows down, being that I first started happening in the winter here in Pittsburgh, PA. The only time I really notice it is when i am on the turnpike for long trips and I am going 65/75mph. It almost sounds like something is vibrating... or hmmm think of it as a car is going around a race track and each time it comes in front of you you hear the RPM's roaring... now imagine that happening everything 5 sec coming form the back end of your car...
I'll try to record what happens with my cell phone at some point today and see if i can upload it to youtube or something.
