P0171 and P0340
Well.... My car died on the way home and I got these codes... P0171: System too Lean P0340: Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit. It would'nt turn over, I had to sit there for a while and then it started. Got home, let the car idle to cool the turbo, and bam the car shuts off, no codes, started right up, but my gaurge smelt like rich gas, first time in a long time my car smelt rich lol. I am about to give up on this Turbo Kit... I have few things up my sleeve to try... Any suggestions? Plus AFR reads 14.2-17 at idle, car jurks goin into boost (part throttle) and falls on it face (aka brick wall) but does not stall, AFR reads 10.0. And have been getting the P0171 code for awhile now... i have no vacuum leaks.... Also the car spikes lean i think when crusing and wants to stalls (just like the brick wall i said earlier). Help plz any input is good.

The code for the P0171 that you are getting can mean several things. You might wantto check your tps sensor, mas air sensor, or since you have a turbo kit on your car that you are not getting enough fuel to the system since you are now forcing more air into it.
Did you change to a higher fuel injectors? if you did not then start from there, if you did replace to a higher rate injector then check your fuel pressure regulator or one of your injectors are not sprying the fuel enough.
A code P0340 could mean one or more of the following has happened:

A code P0340 could mean one or more of the following has happened:
- a wire or connector in the circuit could be grounded/shorted/broken
- the camshaft position sensor may have failed
- the PCM may have failed
- there exists an open circuit
- the crankshaft position sensor may have failed

Ok i will check those thing but, i dont know where the camshaft sensor is and i dont where were the tps is either, MAF is new... its actually my thrid one! the first two failed on me.. dont know why... i did not ugrade the injectors... the kit came with a 5th injector so i have the stock injectors still. So if im not gettin enuff fuel... they is my AFR reading 10.0 when i try to go into boost, thats when it falls on its face. Thanks for the reply.
