From reading a couple of the post on previous lancer's with ac problems...it looks like checking the ac fan controller and ac fan relay switch are a good place to start since my ac is not blowing cold and system is fully charged....ac clutch is in good working order as well...my question is where can i locate the fan controller and fan relay switch in my 2002 lancer?

 

its on the fans. if your facing the engine look down on right side of the fans you will see a big black square box with three connections on it. sometimes if the system is over charged it will blow warmer than usual. the relay is like $60 at dealership.
