'09 Lancer GTS - HID Headlight issues

'09 Lancer GTS - HID Headlight issues
I tried to install an HID kit today into my 09 to get better light output, but when I installed, I think I may have shorted the fuse. When I purchased my car the previous owner lost the manual, so I don't have a manual either to find the fuse diagrams.

Anyone think they could take a picture of the fuse location and diagram so that I can fix this issue?

It's fuse 18/19 for headlights low. In the engine compartment fuse box. If you open the fuse box there should be a diagram.
