2008 Lancer ES Radio Malfunction

So as of Saturday I put an amp ( 2nd one ) this time to power the door speakers and not a sub like the first one. Now I have an issue where I can hear my music but voices like bluetooth and nav voice ( I have the nav system without the SSS) come out very soft and muffled to the point where I didnt notice them. I tried messing with the harnesses on the back of the stock head unit to no avail. My question is what could be done to restore the voice of the nav and bluetooth.

P.S. It did work for the first day I put the amp in then dissapeered as of yesterday or today.

Thank you for any help in advance

I would say you need some high powered diodes to run from your amp. Chances are the signals from you nav and bluetooth are back feeding into the amp. I don't have a lot of experience with audio in terms of what diodes you should use.

Could it be a bad BT module (located behind and above the glove box)? They do seem to fail.
