Currently in the process of figuring what exactly is going on with my Lancer. Its a GT 2.4 with a manual trans, only 48k miles, no signs of body/frame damage or excessive rust.

After driving for long periods of time 45-60 minutes at 45-80mph I've had intermittent problems with the dash and the radio shutting off for a brief second and instantly coming back on and functioning fine, sometimes the radio will shutoff like this 1-2 times during this time. I've only had this occur about four times now on two different key cycles/drives. Also during this a service brakes or abs light may flash for a second on the digital display. Fluid level for brakes is good, and pads are at 5-6mm, battery and alternator tested fine, connections under the hood from the reservoir and abs look to be fine. I've been unable to find any obvious TSBs or other forums with similar problems.
