Feel free to disagree, but I'm not sure why you couldn't just list the price assuming that 5 people sign up for one or the other. If this was a decent discount, I might be interested. If it was <=5%, not so much.

i will take this one. the more that they can move, the cheaper it is. like big retail chains, i'll use hh gregg ( midwest electronics store, i worked at the main warehouse ) there were over 800 of the same fridge, i was able to buy any item they sold and pay what they paid for it. so the fridge might sell at $2000 but since they bought 800 the might have only paid 1200. so that being said, they could sell 5 individually for ~550. or sell 5 together for ~470. b/c now they don't have to let them sit on the shelves.

also, i believe my cat is a 2.5 catco, will it bolt up correctly, i assume so since the factory down pipe is sittigh iight, but just would like a confirm.

I understand that if they sell more it will be cheaper. I'm asking how much cheaper. If they sell 5, how much cheaper will it be.

It would be considerate of Accolade to list the discounted price.

But it's not manditory. So, since Accolade won't post it, you have to deal with it.

In my eyes, if they refuse to publicize the price, they should expect some customers to back out when they reveal the price. Nature of the beast...........

I will discuss with RPW for a minium of 5 buyers, first I just wanted to get a general idea of the interest so I can put a realisitic number to meet. I think we can easily make the 5 buyer mark. I will be updating this thread shortly.

The main area of discount is in relation to the freight charges. If we only get 5 - 10 orders then we will be looking to ship individual orders. But if we can get 10 or more orders we can do a large bulk shipment to Accolade, and then redistribute from there. This can cut the freight costs into about half of what they normally are.

With the ceramic coating - yes you can get the units optionally ceramic coated. But this is something I recomend be done in the USA as it has been shown many times coatings in the USA are around 30% cheaper than coatings in australia and if a bulk shipment is sent to the USA, then its even easier for that to be arranged.
