AE86 or 200sx
I am looking for a side project, and another car to beat the hell out of. I have been looking at these 2 cars lately, and it seems they are pretty evenly matched. I know most of you will say the AE86, but they are getting a little bit harder to find.

Hmm I was thinking on getting the 200sx over the AE, just because of that reason. And I just found one near my house for 700. Going to take a look at it tomorrow. Owner said it's in very good running condition, new everything, all it needs is paint. But hey for $12 spray bomb would look awsome.

Yup the old skool one's, they are also known as the s12. Trying to find one with the ca18det and in running condition is hard enough. But im pretty sure the SR blocks drop right in.

You can drop just about anything Nissan RWD into any Nissan RWD chassis. Can I hear L19T?
Personally, I would leave either the CA or the FJ in it (i think the old S12s came with FJs). SRs are quickly becoming overdone, and the S12 nose may not be long enough to lay an L28 or an RBseries motor in it. Of course, if you could mate the RB electrical harness to the S12 chassis, that would be one killer car, and completely unique to boot. Then all you would need is an R200v rear end, and some suspension upgrades. I better stop talking before I go out and try to make this monstrosity
