i like it alot, the current impreza look weird to me but i really like that look, everything but that little wing above the window, its like we have the the vortex generator so they tried to make something of their own but it comes up short in my opinion. But besides that im very excited and impressed

Is that's Subaru's version of the Vortex Generator?

I like the new head lights on these better than the current WRX/STI's. They are sorta like the new legacy ones. As for the grill, well I am sure there will be ton's of aftermarket ones that will clean up the front end a bit. What is with the tail lights tho, not feeling them.

The little wing on the back window I am pretty sure is similar to our vortex generator. What I would have prefered suby to do is to have made the back wing with a carbon fiber center section (like ours) to go with the carbon center on the little wing. I think it would have looked cleaner.

[does anyone know when they will be showing the new Evo X??]

The little wing on the back window is just a roof spoiler, it's not a vortex generator at all. The Evo wing is completely carbon fiber, it's just painted in some parts. I think the car looks fine after a little consideration. You may say the little vents on the side of the bumper are an Evo VI ripoff, though. They look like them. BY the way, at least they get the rear diffusers on the USDM model!

i like it. it looks really good in the blue. but the silver looks weird without the hood scoop. it does need to lose the roof spoiler i think.

I am a huge fan of Subaru, but this new front looks like the face of a Kuala Bear with the new center grill as the bears nose.............what were they thinking????????? .

The rest of the car is looking better so I am sure a few aftermarket bumper/grill treatments will fix this terrible new look...........what Subaru really needs though is new steering and suspension changes. Without these changes the magazines will continue to rip the STI and for good reason.

Yum, might as well buy a B9 Tribeca. Corporate face and styling makeovers (a la Audi und BMW) tend to cause controversy.

i think the new lights are cool, very sporty looking. but what the hell were they thinking with that gaping hole in the middle... they should have closed that up and just gone with the hood scoop.
