It's still a possiblilty. If I ever do, it'll be the J-Spec EVO 5 motor. I just started going turbo and there are guys out there with built motors at 20psi running 11's in the little 4g93 SOHC.

I know of other miragers with a stock EVO thrown in get like high 13's in the quarter mile, only because there's no traction avalible.

12psi on 4g93 (stock internals) will get high 13's as well. I don't know, I guess it's all on what you really want.

There's a guy, he may be on here actually, who took a mirage coupe, threw in the EVO 5 motor and AWD drivetrain and basically now has a 2 door EVO 6. it's sweet :P

anyway, thanks for all the comments

go with a 6.5 TME engine, that would be the best bang for the buck ( JDM wise )

I always just say EVO 5 because EVO 4 - 6.5 are the same platform as the mirage, and it's the easiest swap. I'm not sure if anybody has swapped the 7+ motors is the mirage, but I know 4 - 6.5 are the easiest. And of course the 1 - 3 is in the opposite direction, so that's a no go.

The EVO TME is probably my favorite (looks wise) EVO of all though

I'll see where this turbo set-up takes me and when it's time to do a re-build, I'll then decied between 4g93 with the bottem end built up with a JDM DOHC head swap, or just plop in a JDM EVO motor and upgrade exhuast and other bolt on's.

Plan on getting a Sparco S-Light seat and a Monza or Torino for passanger (reclining comfort)

As far as the steering wheel, I'm going to eventually get the JDM EVO V steering wheel.

Thanks for all the comments. Wasn't really expecting this much love from Evo guys

VERY impressive. That goes out to both your car and your photography skills.

heh, you're even in Hershey as well. I'm right in the Harrisburg area. Anyway, I won't be selling the car, ever.

If you ever want to check out the mirage forums, some guys sell their cars on there. Nice cars too.
